Vinyasa Yoga is a fast-paced Yoga practice that could be also called Power Yoga. It requires us to move continuously throughout the class. Sun Salutation is a well-known sequence with flowing series of lunging, bending and stretching Asanas. Ana is also a certified Personal Trainer and has a Bachelor degree in Dance, that all together presents a great knowledge of Anatomy and body awareness which is included in the Yoga practice.
